so for those of you with exclusive behind the scenes access to our lives, ha ha, we are moving to North Ogden. it is a little twin home in a really great area. 3 beds, 3 baths, 2 family rooms, 2100 square feet, small yard but that's no biggy cause Barry doesn't have time to take care of it anyway.
It is older and could use some paint on the outside cause that brown is less than desirable. the inside is just ok i guess. nothing wrong with it but nothing to write home about either. the blue upstairs carpet is in really good shape but it's blue. we'll live with it.
i plan to paint a few rooms but we got such a steal on it that i can't really complain about a darn thing. if all goes well we should moving in around Oct. 10th. Happy 8 year Anniversary to us! here are a few pictures i took today during the inspection.

and no the jeep in the garage does not come with the house, i asked. :(

There is a small unfinished bedroom on the right side and a unfinished full bath on the left side with the furnace room in between.
that wall will soon be red.
this is the other end of the main floor, it is all open.
it needs some updating and appliances. there is also a half bath on this floor.
He says he wants red walls too. i don't think that's going to happen.

the far end is the kids rooms, behind me is the master bedroom with a full bath and walk in closet. I didn't take a picture of that for some reason.
Don't you love the blue carpet? i'm just glad it's not hot pink like Grandma Mae's was! :)
