Leap of Faith Quilt

It's always a leap of faith for me when choosing fabric for my quilts.

 Particularly a 'Crazy Quilt'

My mind can't handle the absence of order, pattern, color scheme.  Say it with me...OCD.

Even after I had this one all cut out and pieced one block together I was still feeling a little anxiety over it.

I finished the quilt top tonight and I'm in love with it.

It doesn't seem to photograph as well as I'd like, but I love it none-the-less.

Can't wait to get it quilted and washed so the seems blend into the background and all you see is CraZiNeSs!

Pattern is Fat Friday, but y'all know I never buy patterns, however I do give credit.
Fabrics are an absolute mix of everything in the quilt shop. ;)

Kelli -

I will look into the centering issue on your blog.

Did you use the tutorial from Kevin & Amanda that uses webs.com to upload your font?

I think there might be a way in that code to override the left-aligned font - but I'm not positive.

Ok - figured it out.

Sent me your e-mail address to emilyharestad@gmail.com and I'll walk you through the rest of it.

You just need to change a bit on your file at webs.com

Ok - you need to edit your sifr.js file on webs.com

Where you see this line {in all three sections}

css: ['.sIFR-root { color: #000000; font-size: 28px; font-weight: normal; }'

you need to add the

text-align:center;

code to each line so that it looks like this:

css: ['.sIFR-root { color: #000000; font-size: 28px; text-align:center; font-weight: normal; }

This should line it up for the Post Title, Date and Sidebar.

It worked for me when I tried it, but I think Amanda mentioned that people have tried this with mixed results.

Make sure that you click the save button on the file for it to be implemented.

Clear as mud?

Let me know if it works for ya!!
